Pricing Info
All of dry-hire bartending packages include our professional bartending services, full bar setup + breakdown, and everything needed for the bar to run smoothly - we bring everything BUT the booze, so you can relax and enjoy your event!
Packages start at $850 for 1 bartender, 4 hours of service, and guest counts of up to 75 people.
For parties larger than 75 people, please contact us for a custom quote!

Up to 3 signature cocktails (using the garnishes/mixers listed below - specialty cocktails, garnishes and mixers will incur an additional cost)
Garnishes: edible flowers, bitters, cherries, and fresh lemons, limes, and oranges
Juice mixers: lemon, lime, orange, cranberry, grapefruit, and pineapple
Bubbly mixers: club soda, tonic, ginger beer, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite
Non-alcoholic hydration station (Choose from: water, lemonade, iced tea, or fruit and herb-infused water aka aguas frescas)
NOTE: Package prices do not include the cost of alcohol for your event. Due to WA state laws surrounding the purchase and sale of alcohol, we are strictly a dry-hire mobile bartending service - clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol for the event,
and our professionally-trained and licensed staff will serve it.
Don’t worry! We include free consultation calls with all of our packages, and we provide clients with an alcohol shopping list so they know exactly what alcohol to get + how much to buy for their event. Clients also get to keep any unused alcohol that may be left over after the event.

We serve events in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle and Federal Way. If your venue is nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

No — as a dry-hire service, the client purchases and provides the alcohol. We’ll help you create the perfect shopping list so you get exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste.

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance, hold all required business and city licenses, and our bartenders are MAST-certified.

Absolutely! We love crafting elegant, creative mocktails that look and taste just as good as the real thing.

A 50% deposit and a signed contract will hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

We ask for at least 90 minutes before guests arrive to set up and prepare the bar area.

All we need is a flat, dry area (covered if outside) to set up our bar and tables.
